Ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch n\u00e0y c\u00f3 hi\u1ec7u l\u1ef1c t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y 15 th\u00e1ng 8 n\u0103m 2025 \u0111\u1ebfn h\u1ebft ng\u00e0y 14 th\u00e1ng 8 n\u0103m 2028.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><b>\u0110i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng cho Ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh B:<\/b> C\u00e1c \u0111\u1ea1i bi\u1ec3u s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh n\u00e0y ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng c\u00e1c \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n nh\u1eadp c\u1ea3nh sau \u0111\u00e2y theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ee7a ph\u00e1p lu\u1eadt Vi\u1ec7t Nam: (i) C\u00f3 h\u1ed9 chi\u1ebfu c\u00f2n gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u00edt nh\u1ea5t s\u00e1u (06) th\u00e1ng k\u1ec3 t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y nh\u1eadp c\u1ea3nh. (ii) Kh\u00f4ng thu\u1ed9c c\u00e1c tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p b\u1ecb t\u1eeb ch\u1ed1i nh\u1eadp c\u1ea3nh theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ee7a ph\u00e1p lu\u1eadt Vi\u1ec7t Nam.<\/p>\n<h3>2. C\u00e1c hi\u1ec7p \u0111\u1ecbnh mi\u1ec5n th\u1ecb th\u1ef1c song ph\u01b0\u01a1ng<\/h3>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Vi\u1ec7t Nam c\u0169ng \u0111\u00e3 k\u00fd k\u1ebft nhi\u1ec1u hi\u1ec7p \u0111\u1ecbnh mi\u1ec5n th\u1ecb th\u1ef1c song ph\u01b0\u01a1ng. M\u1eb7c d\u00f9 nhi\u1ec1u hi\u1ec7p \u0111\u1ecbnh trong s\u1ed1 n\u00e0y \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng ri\u00eang cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi mang h\u1ed9 chi\u1ebfu Ngo\u1ea1i giao ho\u1eb7c h\u1ed9 chi\u1ebfu C\u00f4ng v\u1ee5, m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 hi\u1ec7p \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u0169ng m\u1edf r\u1ed9ng ph\u1ea1m vi mi\u1ec5n th\u1ecb th\u1ef1c cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi mang h\u1ed9 chi\u1ebfu Ph\u1ed5 th\u00f4ng.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e1c v\u00ed d\u1ee5 ti\u00eau bi\u1ec3u bao g\u1ed3m, nh\u01b0ng kh\u00f4ng gi\u1edbi h\u1ea1n \u1edf:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><b>L\u01b0u tr\u00fa 90 ng\u00e0y:<\/b> Chile (C\u1ed9ng h\u00f2a), Panama (C\u1ed9ng h\u00f2a)<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><b>L\u01b0u tr\u00fa 30 ng\u00e0y:<\/b> Campuchia (V\u01b0\u01a1ng qu\u1ed1c), Indonesia (C\u1ed9ng h\u00f2a), L\u00e0o (C\u1ed9ng h\u00f2a D\u00e2n ch\u1ee7 Nh\u00e2n d\u00e2n), Malaysia, M\u00f4ng C\u1ed5, Myanmar (Li\u00ean bang), Th\u00e1i Lan (V\u01b0\u01a1ng qu\u1ed1c).<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><b>L\u01b0u tr\u00fa 14 ng\u00e0y:<\/b> Brunei Darussalam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. C\u00e1c quy \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><b>\u0110\u1ea3o Ph\u00fa Qu\u1ed1c:<\/b> Ng\u01b0\u1eddi mang h\u1ed9 chi\u1ebfu n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c mi\u1ec5n th\u1ecb th\u1ef1c nh\u1eadp c\u1ea3nh v\u00e0 xu\u1ea5t c\u1ea3nh kh\u1ecfi \u0111\u1ea3o Ph\u00fa Qu\u1ed1c, v\u1edbi th\u1eddi h\u1ea1n l\u01b0u tr\u00fa kh\u00f4ng qu\u00e1 30 ng\u00e0y. Vi\u1ec7c mi\u1ec5n th\u1ecb th\u1ef1c n\u00e0y c\u0169ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng n\u1ebfu du kh\u00e1ch qu\u00e1 c\u1ea3nh qua c\u00e1c c\u1eeda kh\u1ea9u qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf kh\u00e1c c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam tr\u01b0\u1edbc khi \u0111\u1ebfn Ph\u00fa Qu\u1ed1c.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><b>H\u1ed9 chi\u1ebfu Qu\u1ed1c gia Anh (\u1ede n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i) (BNO):<\/b> Xin l\u01b0u \u00fd r\u1eb1ng ng\u01b0\u1eddi n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i mang h\u1ed9 chi\u1ebfu Qu\u1ed1c gia Anh (\u1ede n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i) (BNO) kh\u00f4ng thu\u1ed9c di\u1ec7n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c mi\u1ec5n th\u1ecb th\u1ef1c v\u00e0 ph\u1ea3i c\u00f3 th\u1ecb th\u1ef1c ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ec3 nh\u1eadp c\u1ea3nh Vi\u1ec7t Nam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Khuy\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb quan tr\u1ecdng d\u00e0nh cho t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 \u0111\u1ea1i bi\u1ec3u<\/h3>\n<p>T\u00e0i li\u1ec7u n\u00e0y ch\u1ec9 nh\u1eb1m m\u1ee5c \u0111\u00edch h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn.
