SPIRE is a comprehensive evaluation program developed by UL Solutions (USA) in collaboration with the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA). This certification has been awarded to many international projects, including Microsoft's office buildings in Redmond, Dublin, and Hyderabad. Inaugurated in late 2023, GiHub spans 35,000 square meters, stands 12 floors tall, and is located in the Saigon Hi-Tech Park, Ho Chi Minh City.
