It is not necessary to bring an invitation when attending exhibition areas or public-access programs, such as GRECO 2025, themed “Artificial Intelligence and Inventions of Industry 4.0”, the talk show “Intelligent Generation NOW”, and similar events.
However, for controlled-access areas, such as the thematic discussion session “Breakthroughs for Common Development and Ho Chi Minh City”, participants are required to bring either a printed or digital invitation for verification and entry purposes.
41. Is there a dedicated mobile application for the Forum?
Yes. The HEF 2025 application will provide the event schedule, materials, maps, announcements, and networking features for delegates. You can download the app from Google Play or the App Store, depending on whether your smartphone uses the Android or iOS operating system. No. As some activities within the event are open to the general public, certificates of participation will not be issued for attendees of these sessions.
However, for key events intended for high-level delegates — such as CEO 500 and the main forum sessions of HEF — a letter of appreciation will be provided.

However, general participants will still receive an event access badge provided by the Organizing Committee. After registration, you will receive your badge upon check-in at the event.

Yes. Security screening will be conducted at designated areas for safety purposes.
62. Is it possible to attend multiple activities in a single day?
Absolutely. Multiple activities happen daily. Check the schedule to plan accordingly.
