Held from November 25 to 27, 2025, the 2025 Autumn Economic Forum stands as a flagship event organized by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee under the direct guidance of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh. The event was presided over by the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC C4IR), in collaboration with the World Economic Forum (WEF) and various central ministries and agencies.
