The Autumn Economic Forum 2025 (HEF 2025) will feature high-level plenary sessions with keynote speeches and expert-led panels, moving from strategic policy insights to actionable, sector-specific solutions.

With the theme “Breakthroughs for Common Development and Ho Chi Minh City ,” the Forum will explore innovations to address the city’s major challenges as it evolves into a megacity following its merger with Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau. The city aspires to become a leading regional hub for science, technology, and innovation - driving a smart economy, sustaining double-digit growth, and building a fully digital society.
