The forum is part of the city’s industrial and service development program 4.0 for the 2020–2030 period and is a collaborative event with the World Economic Forum (WEF).

The objective of HEF 2025 is to seek solutions for applying AI in practice, build an artificial intelligence ecosystem in Ho Chi Minh City, and promote research capabilities, cooperation, and investment in the high-tech sector.

Approximately 1,200 – 1,500 domestic and international delegates are expected to attend in person, including government leaders, ministry officials, experts, technology enterprises, and global AI research centers. Key topics will include AI in global governance, supply chains, smart megacity development, and models of conduct in the AI era.

The forum will feature parallel discussion sessions, high-level dialogues, a series of seminars, the GRECO 2025 exhibition of technology and AI products on the walking street, along with networking activities for businesses, startups, and students.

This is one of the key events to promote Ho Chi Minh City’s digital transformation and innovation strategy.
