Ms. Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh is a Lecturer at the School of Business, RMIT University Vietnam, where she teaches Global Business. She is an alumna of the university, having graduated from the Master of Global Trade program and previously received a full scholarship for her Bachelor's program. She is also the 1st Runner-up of Miss Vietnam 2020

Ms. Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh will serve as the Moderator for the Interactive discussion panel with youth. This session is part of the "INSPIRATIONAL TALKSHOW FOR YOUTH", themed "Intelligent Generation NOW".

With professional expertise in education at RMIT University Vietnam, she will moderate the Interaction and Q&A segment. This segment facilitates dialogue between international speakers and outstanding Vietnamese youth representatives. The discussion focuses on clarifying the role of Vietnamese youth in the national dual transition process
