The meeting proceeded with a sense of urgency, attended by representatives from government departments, specialized agencies, and the logistics and communications teams. During the session, working groups focused on critical topics, including organizational planning, delegate reception and coordination, finalizing the event agenda, and securing technical infrastructure and security measures.

Communications efforts were particularly emphasized, with the goal of widely disseminating information about the forum to solidify its stature and prestige, both domestically and internationally.

As the lead organizer, Vietnam C4IR is committed to creating value by ensuring the forum’s high-quality content, scientific depth, and strategic vision. The Autumn Economic Forum 2025 is expected to be a landmark event, a convergence of intellect and groundbreaking solutions that will contribute to the sustainable development of Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam in the new era.
