Speaking at the forum’s plenary session on November 26 at the Thisky Hall Conference Centre, Việt Nam's Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính revealed details of the country’s plan to advance the green transition in the digital era.

The Autumn Economic Forum 2025 took place from 25 to 27 November 2025. The event was organized under the direct guidance of the Prime Minister, chaired by the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, and hosted by the Ho Chi Minh City Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in coordination with relevant ministries, agencies, and the World Economic Forum (WEF).
