During the meeting, the two sides aimed to concretize the roadmap for organizing a joint forum between the two countries, tentatively titled the Vietnam – India Future Technology Forum, to be held within the framework of the Autumn Economic Forum 2026.

In addition, from now until October 2026, the two sides plan to organize a series of regular online workshops focusing on the agreed specialized sectors.
These workshops will serve not only as professional knowledge-sharing platforms but also as spaces for business networking and discussions on potential cooperation opportunities. Each workshop will aim to deliver tangible outcomes in the form of at least one concrete project or prospective cooperation agreement.

The working session took place as 2026 marks the 10th anniversary of the Vietnam-India Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, a pivotal milestone in bilateral relations.

In its role as a coordinator for policy experimentation and a promoter of public- private partnerships, HCMC C4IR continues to serve as a dynamic bridge for technology, trade, and investment cooperation with Indian partners. These efforts contribute to the vision of positioning Ho Chi Minh City as a leading regional hub for economic, financial, and innovation excellence, closely connected with global strategic partners.
